Can I speak to a helpful human?

We are happy to help. Everyone knows how much easier it can be to talk to a person sometimes, whether it’s assistance with a present or advice on sizes. Feel free to call +91 94260 12311 between the hours of 11am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.

How do I use the website?

Navigating Eladystore website is actually quite simple. You can select different categories from Top Menu available on all pages of website for example if you want to find a T shirt Bra, then you can navigate from the Lingerie section available in Top Menu and select Bra where you narrow down your search based on different categories provided on the left hand side. Alternatively if you know exactly what you are looking for then fill in the search box on the right hand side and hit go! From there, you can narrow down your search by choosing Brand/price/colour etc options on the left hand side.

Our site uses a very secure payment system though merchant gateway PayU. We choose PayU because of their worldwide status, reputation and experience in the field of online security. Having payments through such a recognised name offers the customer peace of mind. PayU is the industry standard payment gateway.

Do I need to sign up to use the website?

You do not need to sign up to purchase or browse, however you will receive exclusive benefits if you do such as being able to review items. Signing up is quick and easy and will only take a couple of minutes. If you are purchasing something, the only extra bit of info needed is an email address and password.

I have a question regarding delivery.

All delivery information can be found here on our delivery page. If there is anything else that you need to know then feel free to contact us.

I have not received my refund?

We will process a refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel, and email to let you know we have received and processed it. After you've received your email, please allow another 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you're with . We will credit your refund to the same card you used when you placed your order. If we can't do this (i.e. if the card has been declined, cancelled or has expired), we’ll send a cheque to your billing address. If you have not received your refund after 10 working days please us and we will contact us investigate further.

   Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations and Methods

ELADYSTORE guarantees to deliver products to all cities and states all over India. ELADYSTORE uses the services of the best transport/courier agencies such as Blue Dart, Aramex and Speed Post etc, which deliver within 5-7 Business Days in all Major cities of India.

 2. Shipping Process and Time

As far as possible, product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the order being placed within 48-72 hours of the Order being placed with ELADYSTORE. Expected shipment time is 5-7 business days, all other factors being optimum.

In Order to get an accurate estimate of shipment time, kindly email the order number or item codes.

Generally no deliveries can be made on Saturdays and Sundays. However, in case of emergency, solely at the discretion of ELADYSTORE, delivery may be made on Saturdays.

3. Transit Risk :

All orders sent by ELADYSTORE are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.

In case of loss of order while ‘in transit’, ELADYSTORE shall re-process the order.  However, ELADYSTORE shall not be responsible for loss of packages during transit or any damages to package (full or partial), once the same has been delivered by the carrier agency at the address provided by the customer at the time of placing of order.

4. Shipment Tracking

ELADYSTORE shall provide details of shipment via email alerts to the customer, once package is handed across to the carrier agency. The email alerts shall contain the transport/courier agency’s website details along with tracking number and expected date of delivery. The Customer may use the said details to keep a check on status of the package.

Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the websites.

5. Ready to Ship Section

Ready to Ship Section is a special section that allows the customer to place a last minute order ensuring the delivery of the product within the next 5-7 days. In case the order needs customization, additional 7-10 days shall be required for delivery.

6. Shipping Disclosures:

  • In case customer wishes to avail other alternate shipping options, ELADYSTORE may then suggest other options. On special request, ELADYSTORE may also provide special quotes for shipping, in case merchandise order amount is large. Customer may send email to info@eladystore.com for further details.
  • Postal Address as provided by the Customer may be changed within 24 hours of placing of Order, and not later; by making the said request via email to info@eladystore.com
  • Since transport/courier agencies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, customers are requested to provide full address with pin code / zip code. NOTE: Billing Address shall mean the address where a customer receives the credit card bills. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order shall have to be delivered.
  • ELADYSTORE shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related fines/penalties.
  • GIFT DELIVERIES BEING MADE TO COLLEGE/HOSTELS/SCHOOLS ARE SOLELY AT CUSTOMER’S RISK. In case the authorities of such places fail to accept the package, for any reason, ELADYSTORE will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall ELADYSTORE attempt re- shipment of the same order. For a special or preferred delivery date, the Customer shall necessarily mention the required delivery date in the gift message box when placing the order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, the package shall be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
  • If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc can be allowed on case to case basis.


Returns & Refunds

Hassle free exchange or refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 2-3 business days. The garment must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Please indicate on your delivery note if an exchange or refund is required. Upon receipt and examination we will exchange the item and despatch free of charge or issue a full refund for the value of the item.

Where the goods have been dispatched the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Refunds and exchanges are not available on panties, earrings or other intimate items due to hygiene except where the item is faulty.

Faulty Goods / Wrong item

All our goods are inspected personally before despatch. However if you receive a faulty or wrong item please email returns@Eladystore.com quoting your order number, name, product purchased reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with your return.
